Service Description

New class! Using the foundation of classical ballet and accompanied by beautiful classical music, in this class we will improve our posture, muscle tone and flexibility in a fun and supportive environment. This class will combine barre work, centre work and PBT. (Progressing Ballet Technique). You are invited to have a trial whether you are a beginner or have some previous dance experience.
